Das Take My Horse To The Hotel Room von der niederländischen Uiltje Brewing Company (Haarlem) ist ein moderner, saftiger Vertreter der New England IPA-Kategorie.
Sensorik & Geschmacksprofil:

Optik: Strohgelb bis kräftig goldgelb, ausgeprägt troebel (hazy) mit einer cremigen, weißen Schaumkrone.

Aroma: Vielschichtiges, tropisches Bouquet. Anklänge von reifer Pfirsich, Steinobst, Honigmelone und Ananas, unterlegt mit feinen Noten von Kokosnuss und hellem Holz (durch den Sabro- und Talus-Hopfen).

Geschmack: Sehr weich, saftig und fruchtig. Im Antrunk dominieren süßliche Fruchtaromen wie Guave, Papaya und Steinobst, gefolgt von einer leichten Pinien- und Zitrusnote.
