Das Fresh Prince of Kildare (2026 Edition) von Trouble Brewing ist die Neuauflage des saisonalen New England Double IPA (DIPA) der irischen Handwerksbrauerei.
Sensorik-Profil:

Optik: Trübes, opaleszierendes Stroh- bis Goldgelb (Hazy / Juicy) mit einer dichten, cremigen Schaumkrone und ausgeprägter Lacing-Bildung am Glas.

Aroma: Intensive, tropische Fruchtbombe. Im Vordergrund stehen reife Mango, Passionsfrucht, Papaya sowie saftige Zitrusnoten von Blutorange, Pink Grapefruit und Orangenschale. Dazu gesellt sich eine feine, leicht harzige / danky Hopfennote im Hintergrund.

Geschmack: Extrem fruchtbetont mit vollem Antrunk von Steinobst, süßer Orange und tropischen Früchten. Der Malzkörper aus Gerste, Weizen und Hafer ist weich und brotig, ohne mastig oder übermäßig süß zu wirken.

Mundgefühl & Abgang: Sehr samtig, dichtig und weich im Mundgefühl („pillowy body“) mit moderater Rezenz. Die Bittere ist trotz der hohen Stammwürze und Alkoholstärke spürbar integriert und zurückhaltend, was das DIPA sehr süffig macht. Der Abgang ist trocken bis halbtrocken mit langanhaltendem Frucht-Nachhall und einer leichten, angenehmen Alkoholwärme.
