Moon Lark Zigzag Hazy Double India Pale Ale 0,5l
Als Hazy Double IPA legt das Zigzag aus der polnischen Craftbeerschmiede Moon Lark den Fokus auf intensive, tropische Hopfenaromen, ein samtiges Mundgefühl und eine sehr geringe, angenehme Bittere. Der Zusatz von Hafer und Weizen sorgt für die typische, blickdichte Trübung („Hazy“) und ein weiches, cremiges Finish, welches den höheren Alkoholgehalt perfekt einbindet.
Aroma & Geschmacksnoten:
Durch den Einsatz modernster Hopfenprodukte (wie Incognito® und Cryo®) sowie der Kombination aus Mosaic, Citra und Sabro bietet das Bier ein komplexes Fruchtprofil:

Aroma (Nase): Ein intensiver Mix aus reifer Mango, Maracuja und Zitrusfrüchten, gepaart mit den charakteristischen Sabro-Noten von süßer Kokosnuss und hellem Steinobst.

Geschmack (Gaumen): Extrem saftig („juicy“) im Antrunk. Tropische Fruchtsüße schiebt sich nach vorne, abgerundet durch dezente Zitrusfrische und cremig-milde Kokosnuss.

Mundgefühl & Abgang: Vollmundig, seidig und leicht halbsüß im Abgang. Die Hopfenbittere hält sich vornehm im Hintergrund und dient lediglich als Gegenpol zur malzigen und fruchtigen Süße.
