Huppendorfer Feststoff Bier
Das Feststoff der Brauerei Grasser aus Huppendorf (Königsfeld, Fränkische Schweiz) ist eine hochgeschätzte saisonale Festbierspezialität. Ursprünglich vom Juniorchef Andreas Grasser als Hochzeitsbier kreiert, hat sich der „Feststoff“ als traditionelles fränkisches Festbier im Stil eines feinen Fest- oder Märzenbiers etabliert.

Aussehen: Warmes, leuchtendes Bernstein- bis Goldgelb mit hervorragender Glanzfeinheit und einer imposanten, feinen, leicht cremefarbenen Schaumkrone.

Aromatik: Einladend malzbetont mit feinen Karamel- und Brotkrustennoten. Dazu gesellt sich eine subtile Würze und dank des Mandarina-Bavaria-Hopfens ein Dezent-fruchtiger Hauch von feinen Zitrus- bzw. Mandarinenakzenten im Hintergrund.

Geschmack: Gehaltvoll, weich und spürbar malzsüß im Antrunk. Der Restextrakt verleiht dem Bier einen vollmundigen Körper mit wohl abgestimmten Tönen von Karamell, frischem Brot und Biskuit. Die feine Hopfenbittere aus Hallertauer Perle und Tradition balanciert die Süße im Nachtrunk harmonisch aus.
