Brau- und Reifeprozess:

Double Barrel Aging: Der Imperial Stout reifte zunächst ein ganzes Jahr in Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon-Fässern.

Second Finish (Toasted Barrel): Anschließend umgefüllt, verbrachte das Bier ein zweites Jahr in frisch getoasteten Elijah Craig Bourbon-Fässern (Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel).

Ziel: Durch das extreme Reifeverfahren nimmt das Bier extrem tiefgründige Holz- und Röstnoten auf, ohne die klassische Grundcharakteristik zu verlieren.
