Das I Am Fresh der deutschen Craft-Beer-Brauerei FrauGruber Brewing (Gundelfingen an der Donau) ist ein intensiv gefhopftes Double Dry Hopped (DDH) Hazy IPA, das ganz auf maximale Hopfenfrische, tropische Fruchtaromen und ein samtig-saftiges Mundgefühl ausgelegt ist.
Geschmacks- und Aromaprofil:

Aroma: Eine massive Welle tropischer Früchte. Im Vordergrund stehen reife Mango, Maracuja, Ananas und saftige Zitrusnoten (Pink Grapefruit, Mandarine), begleitet von leicht harzigen und danken (grasig-frischen) Nuancen.

Mundgefühl & Textur: Durch den Einsatz von Hafer- und Weizenmalz besitzt das Bier eine dichte, trübe ("Hazy") Optik und ein extrem cremig-weiches, fast seidenes Mundgefühl. Die Karbonisierung ist fein eingebunden.

Geschmack: Sehr saftiger, fruchtbetonter Antrunk. Die Doppelhopfung sorgt für eine enorme Aromentiefe ohne anstrengende Schärfe ("Hop Burn"). Die Bittere ist bewusst moderat, knackig und ausgewogen integriert, sodass der fruchtige Charakter bis in den Abgang dominiert.
