Das Hop Run von der katalanischen Craft-Brauerei Engorile (Seva, Spanien) ist ein intensiv gefruchtetes, doppelt kaltgehopftes New England IPA (NEIPA), das in Kollaboration mit der renommierten spanischen Brauerei Rec Brew gebraut wurde. Es besticht durch eine extrem saftige Fruchttextur und ein samtiges Mundgefühl.

Die Hopfenauswahl: Gebraut mit einer vielschichtigen Kombination aus neuseeländischen und amerikanischen Hopfensorten wie Motueka, Rakau und Citra.

Aroma: Sehr komplexes und aromatisches Bouquet. In der Nase verbinden sich frische Noten von Zitrone und Spritzigkeit (Motueka) mit harzigen Tropenfrüchten wie Mango, Aprikose und Pfirsich (Rakau) sowie der klassischen Zitrus- und Maracujanote des Citra-Hopfens.

Geschmack: Am Gaumen präsentiert es sich extrem weich und samtig. Dank der Hafer- und Weizenanteile ist der Körper voll und cremig. Die saftige Fruchtigkeit steht im Vordergrund, ohne ins Klebrig-Süße abzudriften.

Abgang: Weich, saftig und erfrischend mit einem sehr milden, dezent harzig-fruchtigen Finish. Die 6,8 % Alkohol sind hervorragend eingebunden.
