In the glass, the beer presents a deep, dark brown to mahogany with reddish reflections. It is crowned with a firm, creamy head.
  • Nose: Even when poured, it exudes a complex bouquet. One smells distinct notes of dark fruits (plums, raisins, figs) paired with a hint of fresh yeast and floral accents (especially rose scent).
Taste Experience

The initial taste is full-bodied and velvety. Despite its high alcohol content of 9% Vol., it never feels boozy, but rather warming.
  • Main aromas: A fine sweetness of caramel and dark candi sugar dominates, balanced by a subtle bitterness.
