Das Bier verbindet ein extremes, röstmalziges Imperial Stout mit der vielschichtigen Aromatik echter amerikanischer Kentucky-Bourbon-Fässer.

Aroma (Nase): In der Nase zeigt sich sofort der Einfluss des Bourbon-Fasses: ausgeprägte Noten von Vanille, Karamell, Kokosnuss und feiner Eichenholzwürze, untermalt von Schokolade, Espresso und dunklen Dörrobstnuancen (Pflaumen, Rosinen).

Gaumen: Ölig, vollviskos und samtig-weich. Die schwere Malzbasis bringt intensive Noten von Bitterschokolade, Kakao, Fudge und frisch gemahlenem Kaffee mit.
