Appearance and Aroma

In the glass, the beer presents itself in a deep, dark brown to mahogany with reddish reflections. It is topped by a firm, creamy head.
  • Nose: As soon as it is poured, it releases a complex bouquet. One smells distinct notes of dark fruits (plums, raisins, figs) paired with a hint of fresh yeast and floral accents (especially rose scent).
Taste Experience

The initial taste is full-bodied and velvety. Despite its high alcohol content of 9% Vol., it never tastes boozy, but rather warming.
  • Main aromas: A subtle sweetness of caramel and dark candy sugar dominates, balanced by a delicate bitterness.
  • Spices: One tastes hints of pepper, coriander, and a light roasted note reminiscent of dark chocolate.
Mouthfeel and Finish

The beer has a sparkling carbonation that perfectly lightens the richness of the malt body. The finish is long, dry, and pleasantly tart, making you want another sip.
