Das Hendl Krematorium von FrauGruber Craft Processing (Gundelfingen an der Donau) ist ein bayerisches Festbier bzw. Märzen mit dem brauereitypischen humorvollen Augenzwinkern im Namen. Es verbindet traditionelles deutsches Brauhandwerk mit moderner Craft-Beer-Präzision.
Geschmacksprofil & Charakteristik:

Optik: Tiefes Goldgelb bis Bernsteingelb, glanzfein gegossen, mit einer dichten, feinen Schaumkrone.

Aroma: Malzgeprägt mit Noten von frisch gebackenem Weißbrot, getreidiger Süße und leichten Karamellnuancen. Dazu gesellt sich eine feine, krautig-blumige Hopfennote aus den Hallertauer Hopfensorten.

Geschmack: Vollmundig und malzbetont im Antrunk, ausgewogen süffig. Die Malzsüße wird durch eine angenehme, feinherbe Bittere im Abgang gut ausbalanciert, ohne dass das Bier schwer wirkt.
